Tungkol sa Camp Riverside 2600, Baguio City

Sa Camp Riverside 2600, layunin naming mag-alok ng kakaibang eco accommodation sa Baguio para sa mga traveler na nais makaranas ng ibang mukha ng lungsod.

Mula pa noong 2016, unti-unti naming binuo ang lugar gamit ang karamihang recycled materials na ginawang mga malikhaing detalye na kinagigiliwan ng mga bisita habang sila’y nananatili.

Aming Mga Accommodation:

Tiny Houses – apat na minimalist loft-type units na may sariling banyo. Perpekto para sa 2–4 na bisita kasama ang isang bata.

Bontoc Mansion – inukit sa gilid ng bundok, nagbibigay ng modern cave vibes. May bunk beds mula sa recycled electric posts at tanging unit na may kusina, ideal para sa grupo ng 6–8.

Apayao Suites – mga komportableng suite na may malalaking bintana na tanaw ang ilog. Bawat isa ay para sa 2 bisita.

Kubo Glamping Huts – hango sa tradisyunal na bahay ng Cordillera. May nakapreserbang 100-taong gulang na Ifugao hut onsite. Ang Kubo 1 at 2 ay may shared comfort rooms at puwedeng mag-set up ng tent para sa tunay na glamping experience.

Banaue Viewpoint – rustic accommodation na may Igorot-inspired craftsmanship, native interiors, stonework, at veranda na may tanawin ng ilog at luntiang paligid. Kayang tumanggap ng hanggang 6 na bisita.

Mt. Data Apartments – nasa pinakamataas na bahagi ng Camp Riverside na may balcony views, 45" Smart TV, WiFi, at sapat na espasyo para sa 4–6 na bisita. Ang Tiny Houses at Banaue Villa ay may senior-friendly na opsyon.

Bagama’t 8 km mula sa sentro ng Baguio, nag-aalok ang Camp Riverside 2600 ng sustainable hotel concept na may tanawin ng bundok at eco-friendly na pananatili para gawing tunay na hindi malilimutan ang inyong pagbisita.

Akomodasyon

Ang Early Check-in at Late Check-out ay nakadepende sa availability at may karampatang bayad na P100.00 kada oras. Mangyaring ipaalam sa amin nang mas maaga upang aming ma-check.

Ang standard check-in ay 2:00 PM at check-out ay 12:00 NN. Kung walang bisita bago ang inyong pagdating, maaari kaming magbigay ng libreng check-in mula 12:00 NN. Pakiusap makipag-ugnayan sa amin isang araw bago.

Kung nais ninyo ng mas maagang check-in bago mag-12:00 NN at walang bisita bago nito, may dagdag na bayad na P100 kada oras. Parehong kondisyon ang ipinatutupad para sa late check-out. Paglampas ng 12:00 NN, papayagan lamang kung walang kasunod na bisita at may karampatang bayad na P100 kada oras.

Pagkansela sa pagpapareserba	Maaaring magkansela lamang sa loob ng 24 oras matapos mag-book.
Early Check-in and Late Check-out	Early Check-in and Late Check-out are subject to availability and is subject to P300.00 per hour. Please inform us so we may check ahead of time. Our standard check-in is 2pm and check-out on 12 noon. Only if there are no prior guests the day before we can allow check-in as early as 12 noon free of charge. Please coordinate with us the day prior. Should you require check-in earlier than that of 12 noon and there are no guests prior this incurs a P300 per hour charge. Same conditions apply for late check-out, beyond 12 pm is allowed only if there are no guests following your stay and would incur P300 per hour charge.
Lost Keys	One set of keys of the unit will be provided to the tenant/s for the duration of their stay. Lost keys will be charged ₱50.00.
Additional Pillows and Towels	Additional pillows and towels are available upon request. Requests for extra towels will be charged ₱50.00 per piece.
Water Leaks	Please report any water leaks to the management.
Food Policy	In consideration of guests who will use the unit in the future, please do not cook or bring foods that leave strong odor (e.g. durian, kimchi, etc.). Non-compliance will be charged ₱1,000.00.
Smoking Policy	Smoking is not allowed inside the units. You may smoke in open areas. Smoking inside will be charged ₱500.00.
Pet Policy and Pet Fee	Some pets are subject to a cleaning fee of ₱500.00. We only accept small dogs, maximum of 6kg or maximum height of 12 inches. We have limit of 1 pet per unit.
Bonfire	Firewood can be provided for a fee of ₱300.00. The usage time is limited and subject to availability.
Parking	Parking is provided free of charge. Assigning of parking space is subject to availability.
Cafe Orilla	Cafe Orilla is open 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. Cut-off of order for dinner is 6:30 pm. For breakfast, we encourage you to have advance order.

Mga Termino at Kondisyon

Pagkansela pagkatapos ng itinakdang oras ay hindi na refundable. Maaari lamang mag-reschedule ng pananatili ang mga bisita, ngunit susundin ang bagong rates (hindi bababa sa orihinal na rates noong nag-book) at nakadepende ito sa availability ng napiling petsa.
